- 5 -7 years experience tendering & estimation fire protection systems
- Review /Prepare BOQ, Tender drawings, specification, special &general conditions which have to be verified all together, in coordinating with Contract administrator or legal adviser-Review & study bid document in order to verify the availability of sufficient information.
- Prepare technical proposals-.Tenders documents.
- Coordinating with the Procurement Department to collect information about market prices for suppliers & subcontractors and equipment's based upon previously executed projects & recently available information; try to get the best-committed prices from suitable sources.
- Cost analysis for all fire protection systems-Preparing breakdown of rates for items inclusive of material, labor, and wastage
- Contributing to any cost breakdown related to new scope & Change or Variation orders, Preparing Project, fit-out, comprehensive and non-comprehensive quotation, and maintenance/installations Quotation as per standard
- Follow up with client & developer during bid evaluation.
- Reviews POs as per agreed upon terms and conditions with the exact payment terms.
