- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and execution plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Set and track individual annual sales targets and drive team strategies for target achievement
- Conduct business review meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions and will have 3 direct reports
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors
- Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and ethical conduct within the team
- Promote honest communication and respect for diversity while leading a multicultural sales team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide business insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, operations, finance, and technical departments
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project status updates, and client interactions
- Prepare regular performance and market reports for internal stakeholders
- Ensure the use and updating of CRM tools and systems (e.g., IQS / CPQ for Sales)
- Monitor accounts receivable, resolve escalated issues, and coordinate with credit control teams
- Handle customer complaints in line with the company’s established procedure to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Develop business cases, share market intelligence, and support strategic planning with regional leadership
- Take on assignments of strategic importance across the region as needed
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia, and occasionally abroad, for business needs
