The Graduate Trainee Engineer - Technical Support position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their careers in the engineering field. This role is designed to nurture Saudi Nationals who are eager to learn and develop their technical skills while providing essential support to our engineering team. As a trainee, you will be immersed in a dynamic work environment where you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to various projects. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting in the implementation of engineering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Responsibilities: * Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by clients.

Provide support for engineering projects, including documentation and reporting.
Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement solutions.
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Conduct research on new technologies and engineering practices.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of technical support activities.
Contribute to team meetings and share insights on project progress.
Support the development of user manuals and training materials.

Preferred Candidate: * Recent graduate in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Air conditioning, Instrumentation)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
