1. Execute purchasing orders as directed by procurement team members.
2. Coordinate the logistics of inventory deliveries and shipments.
3. Ensure accurate documentation of all procurement activities.
4. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for seamless operations.
5. Conduct inventory checks to monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
6. Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analyses.
7. Provide timely updates to the procurement team regarding order statuses and delivery schedules.Requirements:
1. Degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or any related degree
2. At least 5 years procurement or supply chain operations in KSA is preferred.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software e.g. SAP, ERP.
