This role is responsible for building and enhancing the sales force capability across all trade channels, ensuring the organization delivers best‑in‑class market execution and sustained commercial performance.

Design and implement the sales capability strategy across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and E‑commerce, aligned with business priorities
Act as the central point of contact for commercial transformation projects
Lead the development and execution of training and learning programs
Introduce digital learning tools and coaching programs to support continuous improvement

5-8 years of experience in Sales Capability, Commercial Training, or Sales Management within FMCG
Prior experience in the Middle East region with an understanding of the cultural dynamics of the Saudi market
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to influence without authority and manage cross‑functional stakeholders
Action‑oriented, results‑driven, and comfortable engaging senior leadership
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate learning outcomes and data into actionable insights
