ResponsibilitiesOur newest opportunity is for a talented PMO Manager to join our award winning team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are currently looking for a PMO Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious mega project in Saudi Arabia. This is a high-profile project with an international impact, and we need an experienced leader to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of the project.We envisage success in this role to include;

The PMO Manager will be responsible for overseeing project governance to ensure consistency and compliance with the approved processes (Integrated Development Process, Design Management).
Supervise the development and approval of the policies and procedures related to secure approval related departments
Track and report the progress of different projects at different stages (Studies, Design & Construction).
Develop and maintain a sustainability dashboard.
Identifying, managing, and communicating with all sustainability internal and external stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
Aggregate estimated projects cost to develop the department budget, report cost through the project lifecycle
Manage sustainability projects documents, ensure they are created, shared, organized, stored and retrieved efficiently.
Manage changes to the project’s scope, schedule, budget & other key elements, ensure that all changes are evaluated, approved, and implemented successfully.
Identifying, assessing & controlling potential risks that could impact the objectives of the sustainability projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Engineering, sustainability, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Project Management.
Professional Certificates: PMP, PSP, CCP (Preferred)
Strong presentation skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Advanced in Power BI.
