As a Field Engineer at SWATX, you will play a crucial role in the deployment and maintenance of our technology solutions at client sites. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, conducting site surveys, and providing technical support to customers. You will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure successful implementation and operation of IT infrastructures.In this hands-on position, you will be required to travel to various locations, troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be essential for conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Field Engineer or similar role in IT or telecommunications.
Technical Skills: Proficient in network configuration, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and system installation.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with effective interpersonal skills.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+, etc.) are a plus.
