- Managing a team of Asst construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, in-house workmen, sub-contractors
- Keeping the schedules, KPIs, Productivity norms, etc
- Ensuring strict HSE compliance
- Ensuring QA/QC compliances
- Responsible for Rate analysis, costing, cost control, materials reconciliation, etc
- Mobilizing the resources based on the requirement
- Close coordination with Project Company
- Coordination with Vendors for project materials
- Administration of site resources
- Technical knowledge of Solar PV Electrical works, conversant with international codes, Project management, direct execution, communication, HSE & QC awareness & knowledge
- Graduate inElectrical Engg from the recognized Institutions, having min 13 yrs of experience, out of which min 3 yrs experience in Solar PV projects of 200 MW and above. Overseas experience is desirable.
