- Manage the logistical elements of all phases of tailored learning programs, including short 2-3-day courses and longer, more complex early career programs
- Work closely with Learning and Development teams to understand learning outcomes and program requirements
- Create project plans and schedules based on information gathered during the discovery phase
- Project manage internal teams and stakeholders involved in the delivery of all aspects of the programs
- Collaborate with clients to understand measures of success and develop strategies for Fitch Learning to demonstrate how those measures have been met
- Lead the debriefing phase by collating qualitative and quantitative feedback from all program stakeholders
- Consider the learner journey and how delegate performance is measured and quantified
- Take ownership of a defined portfolio of clients, strengthening relationships, and managing all program and reporting needs
- Assist with portal and e-learning management, including but not limited to:
- Creating and sending joining instructions
- Managing delegate records
- Editing client portal content
- Creating learning pathways
- Configuration and testing
- Collate and distribute reports for clients using internal and third-party systems
- Manage data: format and import data into client portals
- Monitor virtually delivered training using meeting/training platforms
- Contribute to reviewing and enhancing team processes and objectives
- You have previous experience managing clients and stakeholders in Learning and Development environments
- You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
- You are a quick thinker, able to respond effectively to challenges and unforeseen issues
- You are an excellent influencer, able to build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and learners
- You have experience preparing management information (MI) reports
- You possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple programs simultaneously
- You have experience working in fast-paced, service-led environments
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience using virtual meeting/training platforms such as Zoom and WebEx
- Basic knowledge of SCORM
