We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Federal construction projects, with a strong focus on quality control, site execution, and team management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in civil construction and capable of handling projects independently while ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of Federal construction projects, ensuring smooth progress and alignment with project goals.
Independently handle complete site operations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
Ensure that quality standards are strictly implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, design requirements, and applicable codes.
Supervise and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow.
Implement effective quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures on-site.
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Liaise with clients, consultants, Federal agencies, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections, reviews, and audits to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Address non-conformities and resolve issues with a focus on delivering defect-free work.
Ensure adherence to Federal compliance, safety standards, and contract terms.
Track and report project progress, milestones, risks, and resolutions to senior management.
