A leading emerging‑markets investment manager is seeking an accomplished VP/Director to drive real estate investments across the Saudi market. This is a senior front‑office role ideal for professionals who excel in sourcing, underwriting, and managing real estate opportunities in a dynamic and rapidly growing market.In this high-impact leadership role, you will:

Lead the origination and sourcing of real estate transactions across KSA, including land opportunities, joint ventures, dry‑fund deals, and partnerships with developers and master developers.
Build and leverage an established network of families, corporates, developers, asset owners, and capital providers in the Kingdom.
Underwrite and analyze new opportunities using institutional‑grade investment processes, including fund‑level structuring and due diligence.
Support asset management activities for existing real estate holdings, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Drive transaction execution from sourcing through closing.
