- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitiveness.
- Recruit, train, and supervise branch employees.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
- Motivate and lead a high-performing team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in KSA.
- Liaise with government entities and partners to maintain compliance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and branch performance.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- 12–16 years of professional experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role in KSA.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Riyadh’s customer and market dynamics.
- Education: MBA preferred.
- Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute sales plans effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic proficiency preferred).
- Monthly fixed salary: SAR 22,000 – 25,000
- Commissions: SAR 7,000 – 8,000 (paid quarterly)
