Who We’re Looking ForWe’re hiring a ONLY ARAB NATIONALITY female accountant based in Riyadh who is ready to take ownership of multiple finance-related tasks and grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.⸻✅ Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Prepare and issue client invoices; monitor receivables and follow up
- Manage payables, reimbursements, petty cash, and monthly expense reports
- Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with ZATCA regulations
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Support continuous improvement of financial systems and internal processes
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
- Experience in invoicing, bookkeeping, VAT, and taxation
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with ZATCA regulations and VAT compliance
- Experience with accounting tools like Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in an accounting role
- Must be currently residing in Riyadh with valid work authorization (Transferable Iqama preferred)
