- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business plan targets as outlined by the group
- Collaborate with backend, product, pricing, and strategy teams to align offerings with market demand through consumer promotions and B2B campaigns
- Assist in building and maintaining an effective field sales team by contributing to hiring efforts and supporting team efficiency
- Track and support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in coordination with the sales and strategy functions
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, highlighting trends and opportunities to sales leadership
- Contribute to the setting of monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with strategic goals
- Stay informed on product performance, listing trends, and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain awareness of profitability by aligning personal sales efforts with regional business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage loyalty and future sales opportunities
- Identify and share insights on new growth opportunities and market expansion possibilities

- Recommend improvements to the company’s digital platforms to better serve sales efforts and customer experience
- Participate in client engagement events, market activations, and expos to grow agency and customer networks
- Represent the company at real estate expos and other industry functions as required
- Build rapport with local authorities and regulatory bodies to support smooth field operations
- Conduct regular client and market visits to maintain hands-on knowledge of customer needs and behaviors
- Attend daily sales meetings to stay aligned with team direction and objectives
- Contribute to key initiatives and special projects as assigned by your manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or customer lifecycle engagement, with a proven track record in driving repeat business and client retention
- Demonstrated success as a commercial sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of commercial sales channels, customer behavior, and industry dynamics
- Solid grasp of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform strategy
- In-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services and the broader market landscape
- Familiarity with tech platforms used in sales processes and customer lifecycle management
- Ability to forecast sales performance and pipeline with accuracy and confidence
- Proficiency in analyzing sales and customer data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate across teams
