Payroll Accountant (Female)Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaDepartment: Finance & AccountsEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Female Payroll Accountant to join our Riyadh office. The Payroll Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s payroll system, ensuring accurate salary processing, compliance with Saudi labor laws, and timely reporting to management.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, process, and review monthly payroll for all employees.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and end-of-service benefits.
Manage payroll-related transactions, including advances, leave settlements, and final settlements.
Maintain payroll records and employee data securely and accurately.
Address employee queries regarding salary slips, deductions, and payroll policies.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of payroll/accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
Proficient in MS Excel and payroll/ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
