Strong electrical and mechanical repair skills.
Proven experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of kitchen equipment.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment standards and safety protocols.
Experience working in GCC countries is preferred.
Relevant certifications or trade qualifications in electrical or mechanical trades.Responsibilities:Install, service, and repair commercial kitchen appliances and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Diagnose and repair issues with equipment such as ovens, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other kitchen appliances.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth operations.
