- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, set targets, forecast revenue, and analyze market trends for AV/IT products/services.
- Sales & Business Development: Prospect, secure new deals, manage the full sales cycle (from needs assessment to contract negotiation).
- Client & Partner Management: Cultivate relationships with clients, system integrators, consultants, and resellers; provide excellent customer service.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding sales teams and clients on technical solutions (conferencing systems, networking, displays).
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a sales team, overseeing performance and ensuring adherence to processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with pre-sales, operations, and engineering teams for tailored solutions and smooth project delivery.
- Reporting: Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present KPIs to senior management.
- Proven sales track record in the AV/IT or technology sector.
- Deep understanding of AV technologies (LED, audio, video conferencing) and IT networking.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting.
- Bilingual is MUST (Arabic & English)
- Knowledge of digital signage solutions, LED/LCD display technologies, and audiovisual systems.
