Support F&B positioning during project planning, from concept development to interior design consultation, ensuring alignment with market expectations and the asset's brand narrativeSupport F&B positioning during project planning, from concept development to interior designconsultation, ensuring alignment with market expectations and the asset's brand narrative.
  • Partner with development and operator to ensure kitchens, back-of-house, and F&B layouts
support operational excellence and long-term profitability.
  • Validate pro forma models and financial projections for all F&B venues and support pre-opening
budgets and investment decisions that balance brand ambition with return.
  • Establish KPI frameworks for pre-opening, including brand-specific metrics, culinary standards,
and financial benchmarks.
  • Serve as an advisory authority to executive chefs, focusing on compliance, food safety & HACCP
standards, labor models, menu engineering, and procurement strategies that protect reputationand margins while elevating experience.
  • Review business plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts for all F&B outlets including P&Ls,
and support operator where required (operational excellence & commercially).
  • Review opening plans and F&B marketing strategies and ensure operators culinary and service
teams are well prepared to launch new concepts (operational excellence and commercially)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (brands, asset management, development, marketing etc.) to
optimize performance and ROI of F&B portfolio.
  • Continuously evaluate concept performance and guide strategic culinary reinventions where
needed to enhance market relevance.Contribute to KSA Vision 2030Work with a multi billion giga project10+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury F&B and culinary operations, includingmulti-property or corporate roles.
  • Proven record of leading successful pre-openings and repositioning projects.
  • Deep understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and food cost optimization.
  • Strong culinary acumen with the ability to challenge and guide chef & service teams creatively
and operationally.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder management (operator, F&B brands, development,
marketing etc.), and communication skills.
  • International experience across diverse markets preferred including KSA.
  • Strong network within the global culinary, beverage, and hospitality brand community
