
Hospitality Operations - Food & Beverage (Saudi National)

- Partner with development and operator to ensure kitchens, back-of-house, and F&B layouts
- Validate pro forma models and financial projections for all F&B venues and support pre-opening
- Establish KPI frameworks for pre-opening, including brand-specific metrics, culinary standards,
- Serve as an advisory authority to executive chefs, focusing on compliance, food safety & HACCP
- Review business plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts for all F&B outlets including P&Ls,
- Review opening plans and F&B marketing strategies and ensure operators culinary and service
- Collaborate with stakeholders (brands, asset management, development, marketing etc.) to
- Continuously evaluate concept performance and guide strategic culinary reinventions where
- Proven record of leading successful pre-openings and repositioning projects.
- Deep understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and food cost optimization.
- Strong culinary acumen with the ability to challenge and guide chef & service teams creatively
- Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder management (operator, F&B brands, development,
- International experience across diverse markets preferred including KSA.
