- Develop and execute comprehensive market analysis and go-to-market strategies tailored to the Middle East region, aligning with broader business objectives.
- Work closely with colleagues to complete market reviews and research to identify key industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to inform and delivery ensure successful engagement campaigns and product launches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry influencers.
- Lead development of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in the region.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to regional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
- 10-15 years of experience in sales, consulting, marketing, or business development, with a focus on the Middle East market.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration strategies.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East business landscape, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions and strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
