- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
- Loading and unloading of equipment to/from job sites.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels; perform periodic stock audits.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with company procedures and timelines.
- Prepare and verify import/export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping paperwork.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE policies.
- Organize warehouse layout for optimal storage and easy accessibility of materials.
- Assist procurement and project teams by ensuring material availability for ongoing projects.
- Handle shipment discrepancies, damages, or claims efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in construction, industrial, or coating materials.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.
- Must know how to drive a forklift.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
