Job Description:The Director - Quality at Qiddiya Investment Company will be responsible for leading the quality management strategies and initiatives to ensure that all projects and operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and control programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. The Director will oversee quality audits, monitor performance metrics, and manage corrective actions to uphold Qiddiya's commitment to excellence.Key responsibilities include developing quality policies and procedures aligned with company objectives, leading the quality team, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met, and championing a culture of quality throughout the company.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 10-15 years of experience in quality management, preferably within mega or giga projects, or large-scale investments.Proven leadership skills in managing quality assurance and control within complex projects.Strong knowledge of industry quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience with quality management systems (QMS) implementation and continuous improvement methodologies.Benefits:Attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package
