• Support the creation of advanced 3D content and manage visualization-related deliverables.
• Oversee the Virtual City platform and XR studio operations, ensuring accurate and timely outputs.

• Professional membership (e.g., RICS, APM) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in development management, including strategy, feasibility, and delivery.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, project finance documentation, and funding structures.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and consultancy practices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage high-performing teams.
• Eligible for a Saudi Arabia work visa; prior Middle East experience on high-value developments preferred.
