(Saudi National Only)Grade: 07Location: RiyadhAdvert closing: 07/09/2025Accountabilities:Reporting to Principle Contract Officer (IMT), this position exist to contribute to all aspects of the commercial activities of the line of business to facilitate the maximization of business success in line with agreed targets. To ensure all legally binding Company commitments are agreed in accordance with the business policies and procedures.Responsibilities· Contribute to the production of contractual documentation in assigned areas in line with all relevant business requirements and procedures· Prepare documents, reports, etc. in support of contract negotiations to facilitate the smooth and successful conclusion of negotiations· Assist in the preparation of pricing and payment strategies and policies in assigned areas, in accordance with all relevant business requirements and procedures· Assess sub-contractors’ proposals. Check and validate invoices to ensure that value is obtained and correct payments are made to sub-contractors.· Draft and issue work authorisations, detailed Budgets and work transfer authorities in line with all relevant Business requirements and procedures.· Prepare estimates in support of pricing activities.· Co-ordinate and review requests for proposals and ensure approvals are obtained for their issue.· Prepare non-disclosure agreements to protect the commercial interests of the business.· Provide, as directed, long and short-term forecasts of expenditure and cash flow, and produce reports as required on actual expenditure.· Assist in the establishment and management, as required, of service level agreements and contribute to the preparation of business reports for both internal and external purposes.· Assist in the evaluation of commercial risk to support the minimisation of risk· Provide commercial advice/guidance to non-commercial staff within the line of business.· Identify risks in relation to assigned standard contracts/business arrangements and propose responses in line with policies in order to maximise business return.· Liaison, or support meetings, with Internal and External Customers as appropriate· Support RBA activity· Support production of Commercial Management Plans in support of LCMJob Requirements:· Relevant Degree or equivalent and 3+ years commercial/ procurement experience· Knowledge of business unit/commercial policies· An understanding and comprehension of Commercial Contracts & Law· Negotiating skills· Experience of dealing with domestic and international suppliers· Accredited or studying for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or the International Association for Contracts and Commercial Management (IACCM) or equivalent qualifications.· Good understanding and application of the Functional Governance Manual.· Typically the job holder would be at IELTS 6SAUDI NATIONAL EMPLOYEE BENEFITSIn return for the required high levels of commitment and hard work you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous leave and leave allowance, a full health care scheme and access to discounted gym membership.ISEInternational Systems Engineering (ISE), established in 1988, is part of BAE Systems’ global portfolio.
