JASARA PMC is excited to announce the opening for a Procurement Manager to lead our procurement efforts for key projects within our organization. This position is ideal for a dynamic professional who will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that align with our project goals and contribute to the overall success of JASARA PMC. Your role will involve managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. You will also work closely with project teams to identify procurement needs and propose effective solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the procurement process for commercial projects, from identifying needs to supplier selection and contract management.
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies that maximize value while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to foster collaboration and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Analyzing procurement trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with project gols and operational needs.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and manage risks to ensure contractual compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement management, with a focus on commercial projects.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and procurement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
