We are looking for a skilled and experienced South Indian Chef to join our team. The candidate must have strong expertise in authentic South Indian cuisine and proven experience working in a restaurant kitchen.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes with consistency and qualityMaintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchenMonitor food stock and assist with inventory managementEnsure timely preparation during peak hoursLead and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operationsRequirements:Previous experience as a South Indian Chef is mandatoryExpertise in a wide variety of South Indian dishes (vegetarian & non-vegetarian)Strong knowledge of traditional spices, ingredients, and cooking techniquesAbility to work under pressure in a busy kitchenLeadership skills and ability to guide junior staffLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
