Job PurposeThe Commis Chef assists the kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency, hygiene, and efficiency in the resort’s food & beverage operations.Key Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation (cutting, chopping, marinating, etc.) under supervision of senior chefs.
Cook simple dishes and assist in plating according to menu standards.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist in stock control by reporting shortages and minimizing waste.
Support senior chefs during service in busy periods.
