Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the construction sector.Identify potential clients, consultants, and contractors to expand business opportunities.Manage company branding, promotional materials, and project presentations.Coordinate with business development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.Conduct market research to identify upcoming construction projects and industry trends.Organize participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.Maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Oversee digital marketing, social media presence, and company website updates.Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review.Manage and monitor the marketing budget.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing within a construction, contracting, or engineering company.Strong knowledge of the GCC construction market and client acquisition strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and MS Office.Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Criteria:Nationality: Indian (preferred).Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC construction industry is an added advantage.Arabic communication skills will be considered a plus
