The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. Be part of the pre-opening Culinary team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay as Chef de Partie – Bakery. Reporting to the Sous Chef – Bakery, you will play a key role in preparing a wide variety of baked goods for multiple dining venues across the resort. You will contribute to a dynamic and creative bakery operation that emphasizes quality, precision, and freshness.What You Will Do
  • Support the Sous Chef Bakery by participating in pre-opening tasks such as kitchen organization, testing equipment, and preparing recipe documentation.
  • Support the Sous Chef Bakery in the preparation of artisanal breads, viennoiseries, breakfast pastries, and other bakery items for restaurants, in-room dining, events, and the staff cafeteria.
  • Maintain consistency in product quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Supervise and guide Commis and Demi Chefs assigned to the bakery section.
  • Ensure compliance with Four Seasons and HACCP food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with Pastry and Culinary leadership on seasonal offerings and special event preparations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bakery workstation at all times.
What You Bring
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or at least 2 years as a strong Demi Chef in a bakery setting at a luxury hotel, resort, or fine bakery.
  • Deep knowledge of fermentation, dough development, shaping techniques, and baking temperatures.
  • Good understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards
  • A passion for baked goods with an eye for detail and craftsmanship.
  • Team leadership skills and a desire to train and uplift others.
  • Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential.
