To drive the company’s growth by establishing strong relationships with high-profile contracting companies, creating and managing vendor registrations, and presenting the company’s services in a compelling, professional manner.📌 Key Responsibilities:
Register the company as an approved vendor with major contractors, consultants, and government agencies.Proactively follow up on registration and pre-qualification processes with Tier-1 & Tier-2 contracting companies.Prepare and submit company profiles, prequalification documents, as required.Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with procurement, tendering, and business development departments of target clients.Represent the company at business meetings, presentations, and networking events.Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools or internal reporting systems.Support the tendering team with leads and client information to ensure timely submission of proposals.💡 Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience: Minimum 0-1 years in a similar business development or sales role (preferably in contracting, construction, or industrial sectors)Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Strong presentation and interpersonal skillsProfessional attitude and confidence when dealing with high-level clientsStrong organizational and documentation skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP/CRM is an advantage📈 Preferred Experience In:
Vendor registration with Saudi Aramco, SEC, SWCC, NEOM, Red Sea, Royal Commission, NWC, or Ministry of Interior projectsDealing with MEP, civil, or electromechanical contractors💼 Package & Benefits:
