- Lead and inspire culinary teams across all brand outlets, ensuring the highest level of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop and implement seasonal menus and signature dishes that reflect the brand’s identity and meet evolving customer preferences.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency in all culinary operations.
- Oversee kitchen operations including procurement, inventory, hygiene standards, and cost control.
- Train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to support new openings, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and international hygiene standards.
- Minimum 10 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple outlets.
- Strong background in a variety of cuisines, including international, Mediterranean, and contemporary café-style offerings.
- Proven experience in pastry and bakery operations is essential.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- A hands-on leader with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Competitive salary of SAR 25,000 per month (live-out).
