Pre Cast Civil QC Engineer/Inspector (Precast Deck) Urgently Required

We are looking for a expirenced QC Engineer/Inspector (Precast Deck) in Dammam.minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. The assigned QC Engineer/Inspector shall follow activity as per the approved ITP.
2. He will be responsible for the checking of the following.

Fabrication and installation of Steel Reinforcement.

o Diameter and size of rebars
o No. of rebars as per approved drawings

Installation of Formworks

o Tightness and sealed
o Size as per the approved drawings
o Concrete cover

Witnessing the pouring/casting and testing

o Concrete mix approved as per the designed mixed
o Slump/temperature and concrete sampling
o Proper curing
o Finishing
o Testing of concrete samples
3. He must ensure proper documentation of the activity.

A WIR shall be prepared based on approved ITP
No. of cast elements/precast decks

o Daily production shall be recorded and filed
o Casted elements must have proper marking/identification
Example: Production date, size, concrete design mix/design, etc.
o Signed the delivery note before dispatching/leaving the factory
The elements before dispatching shall reach and achieve the minimum strength
based on the results of the test.
4. Communication and coordination

Constant coordination and communication with Site Engineer/QC the status of

production.

No. of elements ready to be delivered/released.

Note:
A factory visit will be arranged prior to the start of production.. Handsome salry package.
No Iqama transfer.
