Job Description:We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and organized Appointment Setter to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services and schedule appointments for the sales teamUse scripts and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our offeringsQualify leads by understanding their needs, interests, and decision-making processMaintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and appointment informationFollow up with leads via phone, email, or text to confirm scheduled appointmentsCollaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and conversionMeet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targetsHandle objections and rejections professionally to keep leads engagedProvide feedback on script effectiveness and lead qualityRequirements:Previous experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or cold caller is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong persuasion and negotiation abilitiesFamiliarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling toolsAbility to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitudeOrganized, self-motivated, and goal-orientedHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus
