As Chef de Partie in the Staff Cafeteria, you will play a vital role in ensuring our colleagues enjoy fresh, nutritious, and well-prepared meals every day. From supporting pre-opening kitchen setup to leading daily food production, you’ll help foster a positive workplace culture through quality and care in every dish.What You Will DoAssist in pre-opening tasks such as organizing the staff cafeteria kitchen, setting up stations, and testing menus.Oversee your section’s operations, ensuring timely and consistent production of meals for employees.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across all work areas in compliance with HACCP standards.Train and guide junior kitchen staff to deliver high-quality and nutritious offerings.Ensure portion control, minimize waste, and follow menu standards.Support special events or staff appreciation meals with creative menu suggestions.What You BringProven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a high-volume kitchen or staff dining environment.Strong knowledge of international and nutritious cooking methods.Leadership and organizational skills to manage your section effectively.Commitment to quality and attention to detail.Pre-opening experience is a plus.Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
