- Design and execute effective training strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content tailored to various departments.
- Coordinate and deliver engaging in-house training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent learning initiatives across the company.
- Maintain training records, monitor progress, and report on KPIs related to learning and development.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a corporate or service-oriented environment.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs at various organizational levels.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in training software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and cultural sensitivities is preferred.
- Competitive salary of SAR 18,000 per month
