MEP Draftsman - Jeddah, Ksa

• a diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, or a related field. certification in drafting or proficiency with cad software (e.g., autocad, revit) is preferred.

• minimum 5+ years of experience as an mep draftsman, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. experience on large-scale or complex projects is a plus.

• prepare detailed mep drawings, including floor plans, system layouts, and technical details for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• collaborate with mep engineers and architects to ensure that designs are translated into precise technical drawings.
• modify existing drawings based on design changes or updates.
• ensure all mep designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• assist with the preparation of mep specifications, documentation, and schedules.
• coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural) to ensure design integration and avoid conflicts.
• maintain and organize a detailed record of all project drawings and revisions.
• review drawings for accuracy and provide technical support to the project team.

• proficiency in autocad, revit, and other drafting software.
• strong knowledge of mep systems, including hvac, electrical, and plumbing design.
• familiarity with local building codes and mep regulations.
• excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
• ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and project managers.
