The Sales Officer for Truck and Bus is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, and demonstrate a passion for building lasting relationships with customers.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for trucks and buses.

Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and services.
Continuously seek feedback from customers to improve service offerings.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
