Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Job Summary:Responsible for supervising and controlling the daily activities of mechanical workers and technicians on site. Ensures that tasks are carried out according to instructions, drawings, and safety requirements under the supervision of the project engineer or mechanical supervisor.Key Responsibilities:

Monitor attendance and discipline of mechanical workers.
Assign daily tasks to technicians and laborers according to the work plan.
Ensure compliance with drawings and basic technical instructions.
Inspect work quality and report observations to the supervisor/engineer.
Coordinate with other departments (civil, electrical, safety) when required.
Ensure workers follow health and safety rules at all times.
Submit daily reports on manpower and work progress to the supervisor.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
Strong organizational and team management skills.
Commitment to safety procedures.
Good communication with workers and technicians.

Experience:

Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical works.
