We are seeking a skilled Architectural Engineer with expertise in landscape and construction projects. The ideal candidate will integrate architectural design with engineering principles to create functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing structures and outdoor spaces.Roles & Responsibilities:Design and develop architectural plans for landscape and construction projects, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to execute projects efficiently.
Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility, environmental impact, and construction progress.
Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications using CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Select sustainable materials and construction methods for eco-friendly designs.
Resolve design challenges related to terrain, drainage, and structural integrity in landscape projects.
Review and approve contractor submissions, ensuring alignment with design intent.
Stay updated on industry trends, green building standards, and technological advancements.Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:
3+ years in architectural engineering, preferably in landscape and construction sectors.
Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and project management tools.
Familiarity with sustainable design (LEED, SITES certification is advantageous).Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
