Prior experience specifically within the poultry industry
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in industrial settingsResponsibilities:Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of mechanical equipment in the slaughterhouse
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures promptly
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports
Ensure all mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely
Coordinate with other maintenance team members and management
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed
