- Supports in reviews and amendments of organization structure, and operating models,
- to ensure alignment with the continuous changes in the business to achieve iot squared
- overall objectives and goals.
- Applies workforce strategy and workforce planning techniques to forecast future
- manpower requirements for all iot squared & all subsidiaries business units based on
- pre-defined best-in-class methodology and analysis.
- Assists in maintaining org design manual, a framework based on best practices and
- ensure framework effectiveness by conducting ongoing review and diagnostic.
- Assists in developing and disseminating iot squared & all subsidiaries Job Families and
- ensure documentation of changes to support competency framework development.
- Supports in Designing workforce planning guidelines, parameters, and controls and
- ensure guidelines are documented.
- Applies and complies with HR policies in alignment with labor law and other regulators
- as well as iot squared strategic direction in alignment with the HR operations team.
- Acts as the custodian and owner of HR policies & procedures.
- Assists in implementing and improvising iot squared& all subsidiaries HR practices and
- methodologies in alignment with HR best practices.
- Delivers the Saudization plan and develops policies and programs to ensure alignment
- with local labor law and other regulations for specific jobs Saudization requirements in
- coordination with the HR operations team.
- Captures & consolidates inputs to support forecasting of iot squared& all subsidiaries
- future workforce needs based on market and strategic changes.
- Participate in designing and disseminating Job Descriptions templates and guidelines.
- Develops in designing Job Descriptions templates and guidelines And details Job
- Descriptions for all iot squared positions collaboratively with Business Units and SMEs.
- Monitors and maintains all changes in org structures, job descriptions, and job families are updated in a centralized doc and reflected in HR systems.
- Preferred experience of (3 - 5) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
- CIPD Level 3 Associate Diploma
- Knowledge of all of iot squared's internal operational and business processes.
- Knowledge of organization design and structuring methodologies.
- Knowledge in Strategic workforce planning.
- Knowledge of various workforce planning models and approaches.
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills.
- Communication and presentation skills
