Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Supply Chain ManagerPosition OverviewThe Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock control, timely distribution of items to coffee shop branches, and maintaining compliance with company policies and food safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes.Store items in designated warehouse locations in an orderly and secure manner.Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system and update daily transactions.Conduct regular stock counts and support monthly/annual inventory audits.Prepare and issue materials and supplies to coffee shop branches based on requisitions.Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or excess, and report to the Warehouse Supervisor.Ensure storage conditions comply with food safety and hygiene standards.Coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment of stock.Handle proper documentation for receipts, transfers, and dispatches.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics is an advantage.Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in warehouse operations, preferably in the food & beverage industry.Knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse practices.Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.Key CompetenciesAccuracy and attention to detail.Teamwork and communication skills.Responsibility and reliability.Problem-solving and initiative.Inbox CV's @ (or) Share references
