- Monitor and organize training schedules for drivers and new employees.
- Ensure trainees attend the training programs and approve their completion.
- Prepare periodic reports to measure training performance progress and adherence to approved plans.
- Execute assigned tasks quickly and effectively to ensure the continuity of operations without delays or impact on service quality.
- Submit weekly reports to senior management including updates on HR matters, vehicle-related procedures, and training program progress.
