  • Welcome customers with enthusiasm and assist them in selecting the right fashion or footwear products
  • Convert casual shoppers into loyal customers through personalized service and strong product knowledge
  • Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales
  • Handle in-store point-of-sale (POS) operations, including billing, refunds, and returns
  • Ensure proper stock display, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store cleanliness
  • Comply with brand and company guidelines on sales, presentation, and grooming
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, especially during sales periods
  • Adhere to all SOPs and loss prevention policies while keeping sales data confidential
Ideal Profile
  • Prior experience in retail fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands is preferred
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be well-groomed, presentable, and up to date on current fashion trends
  • Ability to work varied shifts and meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail is a plus
