What We NeedOivan is looking for UI/UX Designer to join our 10-person implementation team located on-site at our client's office in Riyadh's Digital City.You will play a vital role in working with one of our key customers in the Data and AI space, while contributing to Saudi Arabia's Vision of 2030.This is a fixed-term position for 6-9 months, with approximate start date of Sept 1, 2025:

Month 1 to month 5 will be full time (40 hours per week) and 100% on-site at the client office.
Month 6 to Month 9 the work can be performed off-site, remotely, and will be part-time (20 hours per week).

If you are looking for a rare opportunity to work with an expert team and an exciting customer at the forefront of innovation in Saudi Arabia, this is the job for you.What You'll DoYour primary role is delivery of UI/UX Design of a new visual communication collaboration system and chat application, ensuring it meets the client's specific requirements.You will drive the end-to-end UI-UX Design process, from initial user research and creating user journey maps to developing wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final visual assets.You will collaborate closely with a system analyst and developers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately and will be responsible for packaging and handing over all design materials for the development sprints.What You Have

A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
7+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
An impressive portfolio showcasing examples of work, especially with complex, multi-platform solutions.
Deep understanding of the entire product and service design process, including user persona and needs research.
Creating wireframes, UI mockups and prototypes to visualize design ideas, enabling effective communication of interaction and design ideas.
Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.
Gathering user feedback to refine and optimize the user interface and experience continuously.
Experience working in an agile environment, particularly with design sprints and SDLC methodologies.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting design concepts.
Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and MS Office software.
Experience with design systems, information architecture, and content modeling.
Familiarity with designing for both web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
Knowledge of prototyping tools to create clickable, high-fidelity prototypes.
Understanding of design requirements and solutions for online communication tools is an advantage.
