Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading Saudi company specializing in the Ecommerce retail industry in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.As the Learning and Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the organization’s talent development strategy. You will be responsible for designing and implementing L&D programs, driving organizational development initiatives, and overseeing the performance management framework to align with business goals and enhance employee performance and engagement.Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:
  • Designing and implementing learning strategies and programs that address current and future business needs.
  • Developing organizational development initiatives, including culture-building, leadership development, and change management programs.
  • Leading the development and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization.
  • Identifying skill gaps and working cross-functionally to implement targeted training solutions.
  • Collaborating with department heads to ensure training and development programs are aligned with company strategy and operational goals.
  • Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Managing the L&D budget, vendor selection, and external training partnerships.
  • Establishing internal career development frameworks and succession planning strategies.
  • Supporting employee engagement, motivation, and retention through tailored development pathways.
  • Driving a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with proven experience in Organizational Development (OD) and Performance Management Systems (PMS)—preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning tools.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing OD and talent development strategies.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing performance management frameworks.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
