- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Develop engaging, high-quality content for platforms like YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Ensure content aligns with brand identity, tone of voice, and local cultural preferences in KSA.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging posts.
- Monitor interactions, respond to comments and messages professionally, and foster an active online community.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance brand presence.
- Work with marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Content Writers, Creators and Social Media Specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive creativity and excellence in social media execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Preferred certifications in social media or digital marketing (e.g., Google Digital Marketing, HubSpot Social Media Certification).
- Minimum 5-8 years in social media management, strategy development, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience managing a team;
- Track record of growing social media accounts for brands.
- Proficiency in Data-driven strategy development and multi-platform campaign management.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and their best practices.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social;
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising, campaign optimisation, and A/B testing.
- Understanding of SEO principles and their application in social media content.
- Knowledge of content marketing principles and digital media trends.
- Leadership, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to create and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong creativity to produce engaging, platform-specific content.
