The aim of the Cluster Director of PR & Marketing, based in Jeddah, will be to shape brand narratives, enhance visibility across local and global markets, and drive commercial performance through integrated campaigns and strategic partnerships.The Cluster Director of PR & Marketing will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy aligned with the positioning and goals of each resort
  • Ensuring brand consistency while maintaining unique identities and value propositions for each property
  • Leading the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and experiential platforms
  • Designing and managing budgets for marketing activities
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the marketing team

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of marketing experience including minimum of 2 years in a Director of Marketing role

  • A track record of innovative and impactful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent English communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
