- Work hand-in-hand with Commercial leadership on the development and execution of detailed projects and workshops related to key priorities.
- Create and execute strategies aligned with business objectives such as Sales Growth or Store Expansions.
- Lead the end-to-end orchestration of new boutique openings, directing cross-functional teams (including Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations) to align on timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
- Lead projects to improve Boutique flows and the way we operate boutiques. (ie. Floor Management) hand in hand with Area Sales Manager and L&D.
- Manage special initiatives, boutique openings/closings, boutique briefs, network committee preparations, and related projects.
- Oversee real estate aspects including leases follow-up and contract review in collaboration with local and regional teams.
- Deliver regular updates, project dashboards, and briefing materials to executive stakeholders in both Cartier and Richemont.
- Develop and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive-level communication materials that clearly articulate project goals, insights, and business recommendations.
- Transform complex business information into compelling visual stories to support decision-making at both local and regional levels.
- Facilitate Retail meetings, workshops, and cross-functional working groups with strong narrative structure and clear outcome orientation.
- Prepare materials and minutes for monthly Retail Leadership meetings.
- Assist the Area Sales Manager with ad-hoc tasks, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring boutique managers receive the guidance and resources needed to meet business goals.
- Prepare presentations in assistance with the Area Sales Manager or other managers.
- Coordinate Retail Meetings and Events.
- Ensure the implementation of the Match to Traffic (MTT) schedule mindset in boutiques in partnership with Commercial leadership team.
- Conduct MTT Weekly Analysis on coverage per boutique and provide feedback to Area Sales Manager.
- Perform Retail Team Productivity Monitoring, supporting the Area Sales Manager in making decisions to steer performance (e.g., FTE moves between boutiques).
- Support on Target Setting implementation ensuring monthly consolidations within deadlines set, and monthly reporting of Retail team performance vs. Commercial targets.
- Follow up, review and report to the Area Sales Manager on Boutique Monthly reports (e.g., team performance touch base, boutique performance rituals and action plan, consignments, gratuities and discounts if any).
- Consolidate commercial, marketing, and finance data to produce regular business reviews to the Area Sales Manager.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or commercial support roles
- Proven track record in luxury boutique network management, including involvement in new store openings, renovations or relocations.
- Hands on experience in performance monitoring and productivity improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of retail productivity levers
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle both internal and external stakeholders (staff, partners, clients and colleagues)
- Ability to credibly represent the Maison and its core values
