Greetings all candidates:About us:We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of high quality materials and goods.Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Executive to source and procure construction materials, IT hardware (Laptops, CCTV cameras, etc), foodstuff, cleaning materials and other essential goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of suppliers and vendors, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate new suppliers and vendors
Negotiate contracts on credit terms, prices and delivery terms
Manage and maintain existing supplier relationship
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct market research to identify new products and trends

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
Proven track record of successful supplier management and negotiation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Candidate should have valid Iqama and available in Jeddah.
