Understands business interface needs and benchmarks threshold hurdles for making good business decisions related to sales.
Develops creative alternatives to gaining the information needed for developing the negotiating targets and strategies.
Drives internal negotiating process and planning negotiations.
Assesses situations using conceptual, analytical, critical and creative thinking to identify alternative and effective solutions.
Prepares sales presentations, contracts/proposals utilizing appropriate company formats for successful outcome of transactions.
Monitors customers satisfaction, sales data and conducts reporting analysis on sales and forecast.
Reports results and information to the sales team and updates individual turnover targets.
Trains, coaches, develops, and motivates sales representatives on various aspects of sales, products, setting quotas etc. Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree supply chain Management or Bachelor degree in Business administration
Minimum 5 to 8 years’ Experience with 3 years’ experience in supervisory Required:
